No. We do not perform a credit check for this promotional offer. The skip-a-payment offer is not considered a late or delinquent payment. You should have no adverse effect to your credit score.

*Offer subject to payment history, all Pima Federal Credit Union loans must be current and in good standing. Finance charges and voluntary insurance will continue to accrue during the “no payment” deferral period. No payment deferral period will increase the total finance charges the borrower will pay over the life of the loan. This offer is unavailable to existing Pima Federal Credit Union Checking account holders or members whose checking accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance. Account opening is based on approval.

**To receive the second Skip-Payment offer, the new checking account must have a minimum aggregate monthly direct deposit amount of $1,000 within the first 30 days of the new checking open date. Direct Deposit payments must be made by a payroll provider or government benefit providers using the ACH network. Person-to-person payments are not considered a direct deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must continue to make your auto loan payment until we confirm your skip-a-pay has been processed. If Pima Federal Credit Union has set up an automatic payment to your loan, the payment(s) for that month will be deferred. If you have set up a recurring payment through online or mobile banking or through a Bill Payment service, you will need to defer the payment(s) for the month. Offer expires 45 days after promotional offer was sent to member.

TERMS:By submitting this request, you, being the primary borrower, are acting on behalf of all borrowers on the loan, authorize Pima Federal Credit Union to skip a payment on the loan requested. You understand and agree this will extend the loan maturity date of the loan. Interest will continue to accrue and payment protection fees (if applicable) will post as normal during the month you skip your payment. Your submission of this request is legally binding for all borrowers on the loan. Your request for skipping a payment will not be granted if the fee is unavailable, if any of your loans become delinquent, if you have been granted a hardship extension on your loan within the past 12 months, if you currently have an outstanding work-out loan, if you are paying any of your loans through a consumer counseling agency, if forced place insurance has been added to your loan, if you have been granted 10 skips on your loan, if you have been granted a skip on your loan in the past 6 months, or if your loan has been included in a bankruptcy filing. This request must be completed and received at least ten (10) days before your scheduled payment date.
